Refund Policy

1. Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

2. Eligible Items

The following items are eligible for return:

  • Unopened products in original packaging
  • Items that are defective or damaged upon arrival
  • Products that were incorrectly shipped

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened nutritional supplements or consumable products
  • Items damaged by misuse or normal wear
  • Products returned after 30 days
  • Items without original packaging or labels
  • Items that have been installed and or deemed used

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer service team at luke@highoctanenutra.com
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Receive return authorization and shipping instructions
  4. Package items securely and ship to our return address

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

6. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

8. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will provide a prepaid return label and full refund.
